We are committed to conducting our business in accordance with these principles in order to ensure that the confidentiality of personal information is protected and maintained.


Refund Policy


No charge is made until the customer finishes the entire course and is set to take the final test. There is a charge for the final test and payment is required before taking the final test. Some counties require Identity Verification which is an extra service that costs $6.99. It is possible to fail Identity Verification, no refunds are offered for Identity Verification. If a refund is made, there is a $15 refund fee. We do not keep credit card numbers for security purposes. If a refund is to be made we have to get the card number from the customer and the customer is made aware of the $15 fee.

We pride ourselves on customer satisfaction. We answer all phone calls from 8am to 5:30pm Monday through Friday and from 8:30am to 3:00pm on Saturdays. Feel free to call us anytime and ask any questions you might still have about our course and policies. We have serviced over a hundred-thousand traffic school student certificates and are an established business in this category.


Extra Services


We provide everything you need in the base cost of the course. We do provide some extra services but they are not required. For example for counties that do not have electronic filing, we offer free mailing via US Postal mail but we also offer Express Mail Delivery options for an extra charge. In some counties we offer a duplicate certificate but that is not required. We offer everything you need in the base cost you pay before taking the final test.
